Hi There!
My name is Rachel Ross, and I am a Props Artisan and Designer for the stage and the screen. I am currently Assistant Tech Director at the Candlelight Dinner Playhouse, as well as a frequent props designer.
I freelance all over northern Colorado as a props designer, scenic designer, scenic painter, electrician, stage hand, truck driver, and audio engineer. I am ambious and love learning all of the different aspects of technical theatre. I have studied at Colorado State University with a Technical Theatre degree with a concentration in scenic design. I have received multiple awards, including a Randy Lutz Allied Arts Award, honored by The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.
I enjoy collaborating with theatre artists to design atmospheres that tell stories. I also take pleasure in crafting intricate objects for performers to play pretend.
